I'm digging deep for my 3rd March Charge in support of Cancer Council
The March Charge is a month-long fitness challenge to raise funds for world-class cancer research, prevention programs, and support services.
Every year in Australia about 44,000 cancer cases are diagnosed that could have been prevented. My dad passed away after several years of treatment for kidney cancer and helping other patients and their families get support is what drives me to keep raising funds for Cancer Council.
I'm doing my part to change the cancer rates by getting active and fundraising to end cancer – and I'll need all the support I can get! I have done it before, run 60km in a month, but there have only been a few non-active pandemic years since then...
