My Story
I am taking part in The March Charge with Cancer Council and telling cancer where to go! Sadly cancer still takes too many of us. Research sees more people than ever survive but we’ve still a way to go. And I need your help to beat cancer.
This year is different to the last 5, as I’ve just gone through surgery for my own dash with cancer. I was diagnosed with a Neuroendocrine Tumour, which was found in my appendix late last year. I’ve recently had surgery, right hemicolectomy to remove any other risk of the tumour spreading from the appendix. We are still waiting on the full results of the surgery.
