My Story

I am taking part in The March Charge with Cancer Council and telling cancer where to go! Sadly cancer still takes too many of us. 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85. Research sees more people than ever survive but we’ve still got a way to go. And we need your help to end cancer. It’s going to be a challenge, but it’s nothing compared to those who experience cancer. Please sponsor me today to support my challenge and join me in telling cancer where to go! Your donation will help our local Cancer Council support those affected right now and fund world-changing research to help more people survive. Thank you for your support

The amazing support

Wow everyone, I'm so blown away by the incredible support and generosity of you all. I'm so motivated to run my butt off for Kate and the many other loved ones taken by cancer. Every time I hop on the treadmill kate is definitely there pushing me along. I used to ask her constantly what way to stretch for my ankle and what runners I should buy. She suggested the couch to 5km app to get me into running and that's what I've been using on and off for a few years now. 

This challenge for me won't help my sister but it will help others suffering from the effects of cancer and Kate's memory is what drives me. So thank you all so much for your support. You can keep an eye on my progress and that will definitely keep me accountable!!!
