Elvy’s Café – Charging for Change This March

At Elvy’s Cafe, family and community are at the heart of everything we do. Our café has always been about more than just great coffee — it’s a place where locals connect, support one another, and feel at home.

This March, we’re proud to support Cancer Council through The March Charge, and this cause is deeply personal to us. Our owner’s family is currently facing cancer, and like so many in our local community and among our much-loved regulars, we have seen firsthand the impact this disease has on the people we love. It’s why we’re committed to standing up, giving back, and supporting a cause that means so much to our team.

The March Charge is a month-long fitness challenge raising funds for world-class cancer research. This year marks 10 years of Aussies getting active, raising millions, and supporting people affected by cancer. With one in three cancer cases preventable through healthy lifestyle choices, this initiative encourages movement, wellbeing, and vital fundraising that saves lives.

Throughout March, Kirsten will be completing 85km as part of the challenge to help fund research towards a cure. In addition, Elvy’s Café will be donating 50 cents from every coffee sold during March directly to Cancer Council — turning everyday coffees into meaningful support for those affected by cancer.

We invite our community to support Kirsten and the Elvy’s team by sponsoring our efforts, donating, or simply enjoying a coffee knowing you’re helping make a difference. Every dollar raised supports life-saving research, prevention programs, and essential support services.

Together, let’s Charge for Change.
Together, we can tell cancer where to go. 💛
