Today is the first day of the March Charge. The March Charge raises money for valuable research & treatment. I’m doing this on behalf of my beautiful mum, Doreen, who I lost to cancer 13 months ago. It has been very hard to learn to live without her in my life because she was my world. The best mother anyone could wish for & to watch her die of cancer was heart wrenching. I’m sure we’ve all been affected by cancer at some stage - losing a dear friend, a family member or partner. It’s a cruel disease. Please sponsor me if you can, every bit helps. This year in Australia an estimated 162,000 people will hear the words "you have cancer", I'm doing my part to change this by getting active and fundraising for people impacted by cancer.
Please sponsor me today to make every KM count! Every dollar raised will help support Cancer Council’s life-saving cancer research, prevention programs and support services (like their free, confidential Information and Support line 13 11 20) for people affected by cancer.
