If I don’t have a QFF membership, how can I join?
You need to be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn Qantas Points. When you download the Qantas Assure App, you can sign up and the joining fee of $89.50 will be waived. Or click here to join for free.
When should I download the Qantas Assure App?
Simply download it today for 150 Qantas Points and you can start earning points immediately for being active. During The March Charge, you’ll have the opportunity to earn up to 3,000 Qantas Points*.
When will I get my bonus Qantas Points?
At the end of April, if you’re eligible for bonus points, they will be credited within 30 days.
If I signed up to The March Charge and downloaded the Qantas Assure App in January or February will I earn Qantas points?
Yes, as long as you entered your Qantas Frequent Flyer number before March 4 2018*

Am I eligible for bonus points in January and February?
No, bonus points are only eligible on points earned throughout March through the Qantas Assure app. You can still earn points through January and February but these points are not eligible for the bonus. You can also continue earning points after March.
What sort of activities should I do to increase my steps and earn more points?
Earn Qantas Points for the things you are already doing:
- A 15 minute stroll to the shops = approx. 1,260 steps
- Riding a bike for 30 minutes (easy pace) = approx. 3,900 steps
- Leisurely freestyle swim for 30 minutes = approx. 5,220 steps
- 45 minute run after work = approx. 8,500 steps
