What is the Qantas Wellbeing App?
The Qantas Wellbeing App is offered by Qantas and you must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and 13 years of age or over to use the App. With the Qantas Wellbeing App, you can earn Qantas Points for walking, running, swimming and cycling. Find out more about Qantas Wellbeing.
If I don’t have a QFF membership, how can I join?
You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn Qantas Points. Membership Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions. A joining fee usually applies. However, this will be waived if you join when you download the Qantas Wellbeing App.
When should I download the Qantas Wellbeing App?
Simply download it today and you can start earning points immediately for being active. During The March Charge, you’ll also have the opportunity to earn 1,000 bonus Qantas Points when you receive individual donations between 23 January to 31 March 2019
Do I need to add my March Charge details to the Qantas Wellbeing App?

When will I get my bonus Qantas Points?

What sort of activities should I do to increase my steps and earn more points?
Earn Qantas Points for the things you are already doing:
- A 15 minute stroll to the shops = approx. 1,260 steps
- Riding a bike for 30 minutes (easy pace) = approx. 3,900 steps
- Leisurely freestyle swim for 30 minutes = approx. 5,220 steps
- 45 minute run after work = approx. 8,500 steps

After this period, Qantas Frequent Flyer members who do not have an Eligible Qantas Insurance Product or have completed the 28-Day Trial will earn Qantas Points at a reduced rate. Eligible Qantas Insurance Products are Qantas Health Insurance Policies, Life Insurance Policies and Annual Multi-Trip Travel Insurance Policy.
