Berrylicious Smoothie 


  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk
  • ½ cup reduced-fat natural or strawberry yoghurt

Serves: 2

Preparation: 5 Minutes

1 serve of fruit per serve

Diet and Allergies

Gluten Free, Nut Free, Vegetarian


Place all ingredients in a blender and process on high until smooth. 

*Gluten-free if using gluten-free yoghurt

Note: Make 2 kid sized smoothies. 


At home, freeze unpleeled bananas and add to make a thicker smoothie. 


Add 2 teaspoons of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut for a more filling smoothie.
