Strawberry and banana smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped roughly
  • 500g frozen strawberries, chopped roughly
  • 400ml almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • Granola
  • Fresh fruit, such as banana, strawberries, blackberries
  • Fresh mint

Serves: 4

Preparation: 5 Minutes

Method

1. In a blender, place the bananas, frozen strawberries and almond milk. Blend on high using the stir stick to scrape the sides down and push the fruit to help incorporate until smooth.

2. Pour the smoothie into bowls and top with granola, fresh fruit and mint. Serve immediately.

Tip

Excess smoothie can be frozen for later use, simply place in the blender until smooth.
