When my husband Mathew was diagnosed with cancer, our world stopped. One appointment changed everything. Words like treatment, scans, and waiting suddenly became part of our everyday life, even though we never imagined they would be.
There have been days filled with fear and uncertainty, but also days of strength we didn’t know we had. We’ve learned to celebrate the small wins, lean on each other, and accept help when it’s offered. Cancer doesn’t just affect one person – it touches families, friends, and everyone who loves them.
We’re taking part in the Marge Charge to raise funds and awareness for all the families walking this road. Every step, every donation, and every show of support reminds us that we’re not alone – and that hope is always worth holding onto.
