The March Charge 2026

I'm Charging for my Myself

Day 10 done

.. and every lower body part of mine is sore. I don't think my body is capable of keeping up with DOMS at all. 😅

I cut short my run yesterday to just an easy recovery 5km, but I bit the bullet today with a Norwegian interval run followed by a long recovery run.

I usually run five days a week, with two days of rest. With The March Charge, I've set myself a personal challenge to run every day. Ambitious, yes, but a part of me wants to see how far I can push myself. So I'll let you know by the end of March whether I survived or not!

Day 5

As of today, I've clocked in 100km - just 350km to go by 31 March!

It has been tough waking up everyday at 5am just to run long distances.

But I'm committed and will power through 💪🏻

A successful first day

The first day is now complete and it was a rather successful one.

I woke up at 5am to fit in an early morning interval run session, spent the entire day walking and ended the day with jump rope.

My glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, and feet are  absolutely sore, but I would and will do it all over again for the next 30 days!

Now, it's time for a good night's rest — clocking out at 10pm, goodnight!

Three more days!

We're almost there — just three days to go to start The March Charge Challenge!

This is my third year charging to tell cancer where to go. Charging for myself, charging for my mom.

I'm not quite sure how well I can stick to my fitness goal this year because of life and work, but nonetheless, I'm excited and can't wait to run everyday! Even if it means waking up earlier or sleeping later..

Your donation and support mean the world to me. Wish me luck!

I'm taking on The March Charge for myself and mom...

...a month-long fitness challenge to raise funds for world-class cancer research.

This year marks 10 years of The March Charge, a decade of Aussies getting active and raising millions to support people impacted by cancer. I’m proud to be part of this movement and Charge for Change.

Sadly, an estimated 169,000 Australians will hear the the words “you have cancer” this year. I’m doing my part to change this by getting active and fundraising for those affected.

Please sponsor me today and make every kilometre count! Every dollar raised will help fund Cancer Council’s life-saving research, prevention programs, and support services.

Together, we can tell cancer where to go. Feel the Charge and join me in making a difference!
