I'm Charging for my Husband, Chris Valdes

Steps for Chris

This March, I’m taking part in the Cancer Council’s month-long fitness challenge, the March Charge, in honour of my beautiful partner Chris, who we lost seven months ago.

Chris was everything to me and losing him has changed my life forever. He was always the first person to help others, so I’d love to honour his memory in a way that can create hope for others.

Right now, 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85. Every dollar raised through the March Charge helps fund life-saving research and brings us closer to a future with more survivors and fewer families grieving.
