I'm Charging for my Mum

I’m taking on The March Charge for someone very special to me.

This March, I’m getting active and challenging myself to raise funds for life-saving cancer research, and I’m doing it for my mum.

For the past 12 years, my mum has been bravely battling cancer on and off. Watching her strength, resilience, and determination through every high and low has been incredibly inspiring, but it’s also shown me just how much cancer impacts not only those diagnosed, but their families and loved ones too.

That’s why this is my first year taking part in The March Charge. Every kilometre I move and every dollar raised is in honour of my mum, and for the thousands of Australian families who are facing this journey right now.

Sadly, around 169,000 Australians will hear the words “you have cancer” this year. By supporting my March Charge, you’re helping fund Cancer Council’s vital research, prevention programs, and support services, the kind that make a real difference to people like my mum.
