I'm taking on The March Charge...

This March, I’m walking/running 100 km for Cancer Council not for fitness, not for a challenge, but for something so much bigger than me.

Cancer has a way of touching every family. It brings fear into homes, strength out of ordinary people, and heartbreak that never fully leaves. We’ve all watched someone we love fight, pray for good news, hold our breath in waiting rooms, and wish we could take their pain away.

So this month, when my legs hurt, when I’m tired, when life is busy… I’ll keep going. Because so many people fighting cancer don’t get to stop. They don’t get a break. They don’t get to choose.

Every step I take is for:

💛 the fighters who show unimaginable strength

💛 the survivors carrying invisible scars

💛 the families holding everything together

💛 the ones we miss every single day

If you see me walking, please know I’m not just exercising. I’m walking with a heavy heart, with hope, with memories, and with love for the people this disease has taken and the people still battling it.

I’ll walk when it’s easy.

I’ll walk when it’s hard.

I’ll walk when I don’t feel like it.

Because cancer doesn’t take days off.
