I'm Charging for my Sister, Mikayla Hamersley

The March Charge!

A month-long fitness challenge to raise funds and awareness for world-class cancer research.

This year marks 10 years of The March Charge, a decade of Aussies getting active and raising millions to support people impacted by cancer.

Sadly, an estimated 169,000 Australians will hear the words “you have cancer” this year.

My 16 year old sister Mikayla had to hear this news as she was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer. Not only did it shatter her world into pieces, it affected everyone surrounded by her too. This march charge is personal to me and I feel this is my way of doing my part to help change this by getting active and fundraising for those affected.

I'm reaching out to you all to please sponsor me through this journey and make every kilometre count! Every dollar raised will help fund Cancer Council’s life-saving research, prevention programs, and support services.

Come and join me on this month journey to help raise awareness and funds for those with cancer! My goal is to reach 150kms which will be a hard challenge for me as I suffer with severe endometriosis but I'm trying to help make a difference where I can because at the end of the day, every single person is fighting their battles!
