March Charge

Myself and my work gang are taking on the March Charge challenge this March, and we’re doing it for a cause that means a lot to myself and I’m sure many more of you.

The March Charge is a movement that’s brought Australians together to get active and raise money all in one - all driven by a meaningful purpose for individuals, families and communities affected by cancer.

Cancer has proven that it does not discriminate, with around 165, 000 Australians getting diagnosed yearly. Staying active isn’t just good for our physical and mental wellbeing - it can be one of the most powerful ways to reduce cancer risk, as well as healthy lifestyle choices and environmental factors.

I personally will be prioritising fitness and health by focusing on exercise, a good diet and sleep whilst spending more time outside, away from screens and clocking up my km’s.
