Fuck Cancer. For Teresa.

We’re charging through March in memory of our friend Teresa! A mum, a vet nurse, a funny as hell, crafty, caring, big-hearted human who swore like a trooper and loved fiercely. Teresa recently lost her battle with triple negative breast cancer, and this team exists for one simple reason:

Because fuck cancer. And fuck it especially for Teresa.

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australian women.
Around 1 in 7 women will be diagnosed in their lifetime, and more than 20,000 Australians are diagnosed every year.

Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) accounts for 10–15% of all breast cancers, but it’s one of the most aggressive types. It grows faster, has fewer treatment options, and is more likely to recur, especially in younger women. More research, better treatments, and earlier detection are desperately needed.

That’s why we’re taking part in March Charge, to raise money for the Cancer Council so they can continue funding life-saving research, prevention programs, and support for people and families going through absolute hell.
