I'm Charging for my Myself, along with other family members and friends who have been affected by cancer

I'm taking on The March Charge...

I’m taking part in a month-long fitness challenge to raise funds for world-class cancer research. 

This year, an estimated 169,000 Australians will hear the words “you have cancer.” In January 2025, I became one of them. What followed was a year of treatment: 12 rounds of chemo, countless scans and procedures, and two major surgeries for rectal cancer. 

It was a challenging year but I'm most grateful to be on the other side and in a position to take on this challenge. 

This is my way of giving back and supporting others facing cancer. I’m aiming to walk 80km this March.

Every dollar raised supports Cancer Council’s life-saving research, prevention programs, and support services.
