I'm taking on The March Charge...

This is a cause I hold close to my heart, as it has affected myself and family first hand.  Our beautiful dad was diagnosed 2 years ago with stage IV Adenocarcinoma of the lung, which unfortunately then led to cerebral metastatic disease. These were cards I  never thought we would have been dealt. Despite the news, our dad braved the challenges of countless chemotherapy sessions, radiation, blood tests, appointments, hospitals, doctors and specialists. We faced a lot of unknowns, what ifs and uncertainties, But boy did he defy all the odds that were thrown his way and against him. He is now in remission. To the strongest man I know, this is in honour of you. 

I’m doing my part in hope I can make a difference big or small by getting active and fundraising for all those affected by this cruel disease in any way.
