I'm taking on The March Charge...

...a month-long fitness challenge to raise funds for world-class cancer research.

In Honour of my Pa (Bob),our Pa was a simple person, he loved his lawnmowers, his cars, his tank water, his life in rural NSW....but most importantly he loved his garden. We have decided to name our team "The Garden Walkers" for this exact reason.

I am particularly taking part in this challenge to raise awareness for the lack of support for individuals with cancer living in regional, rural and remote areas of Australia. As my Pa would drive 6 hours for treatment and surgery in Sydney.

Watching the life become drained out of someone who was so full of life is heartbreaking. So we have made it our mission to reduce this for other families.
