I'm Charging for my Myself
I'm taking on The March Charge...
...because, sadly, an estimated 169,000 Australians will hear the the words “you have cancer” this year. Last year, at the end of 2025, I was one of these people. The support that I have received from this community - a community that no one really aspires to be part of - has inspired me to do my part by getting active and fundraising for those who have been affected by this awful disease.
While the goal that I have set isn't a big one - I'm still in treatment and now have some physical limitations - I am hoping that I will still be able to raise some much needed funds so that the very important work that those working in this space do can continue.
Step-by-step, I am planning on fighting back against cancer. I hope you will join me in some way.
If you're unable to donate, I would love it if you gave me a call to organise a walk together at some point in March. It won't necessarily be a fast or long one, but your company would mean a lot.
