I'm Charging for my Dad, Eddie

I'm taking on The March Charge...

This March, I’m walking 200km for my parents.

The past year has been incredibly challenging for our family. Just as we thought Dad was on the road to recovery after recent heart surgery and stents, we were faced with another battle - a prostate cancer diagnosis. He is currently undergoing treatment at Epworth and continues to fight with strength and determination.

This walk is also for Mum, who has bravely undergone treatment for ovarian cancer. Both of my parents have shown extraordinary courage, resilience, and grace in the face of so much uncertainty.

Alongside my husband Ric and our dog Gigi, I’ll be walking 200 kilometres this March to honour their journey and to raise vital funds for cancer research. Every step is for them and for all families impacted by cancer.
