The UTS Pharmacy Association (UTSPA) is proud to take part in the March Charge in support of Cancer Council Australia, raising vital funds for cancer research, prevention programs and patient support services across the country. Cancer continues to impact thousands of Australian families each year, and as future healthcare professionals, we recognise the importance of contributing to initiatives that drive meaningful change in patient outcomes and community wellbeing.

Through the March Charge, we are taking our strides, literally, to give back to the communities we will one day serve. This initiative not only supports groundbreaking cancer research but also encourages our members to prioritise their own health and wellbeing. By getting outdoors, staying active, and moving together as a student community, we aim to promote positive mental health, resilience, and balance during a demanding university year.

At its core, this event reflects UTSPA’s commitment to advocacy, preventative health, and community engagement. Every step taken and every dollar raised brings us closer to a future with better cancer care, stronger communities, and healthier students.
