JKW (Just Keep Walking) with a Purpose

My journey to healthy living is to Just Keep Walking (#JKW)

This March, I will keep walking with a purpose. In the past couple of years, I know of family and friends that has been afflicted with this disease called cancer.

I will walk for charity to raise funds for cancer research.

I will dedicate each walk to friends and families that I know that is going through and has gone through cancer.

I will walk to stay grounded, to stay grateful and to make space for God to speak in every step.

As I walk, I will commit to quiet prayer for God's complete healing as they go through this challenge in life.
